If a bird lays 4 light blue eggs in Ohio ; what type of female bird laid it?

I’ve just seen today in my backyard 4 brightly colored eggs. I don’t know if the eggs will turn out to be Robins , Thrashers , Thrushers , or Blue Jays.

You don’t say what size the eggs are, but I would assume that they are robin eggs. Blue Jay eggs can be green to blue, but they have brown markings. Brown thrasher eggs are pale blue (not brightly colored), and they, too have brown markings. A swainson’s thrush also lays pale blue eggs wth brown markings. So since none of these eggs have brown markings, robin eggs are your best bet.

    They could be starling eggs
