I have 3 cats that live outside and the birds keep eating their food and pooping in their bowls. I put out a fake owl to try and scare them away but they still ate the food and pooped all over the owl. Its really gross and I cant think of what else to do. Any ideas?

Simple only put enough food out that your cats will eat it all at once. I feed my cat on a schedule. Once in the morning and again at dinner time.

My wild birds love their basic wooden feeder my son and I crafted from Lowe’s. The only problem is the squirrels have broken it and eat from it daily. When I attempt to buy a new feeder the birds shy away from it, won’t eat from it and do not trust it. I have bought three different feeders in the last month and none of them are accepted by the birds so I keep putting the broken wooden one back up. How can I get a squirrel-proof feeder and lure the birds to actually eat from it?

Just like when you are in a new enoviorment the birds feel scared and hesitate to go to this new place.
You can probably put up a squirrel proof bird feeder. Anything by Droll Yankees, Brome Bird Care or Wild Bill’s is good. My little sis her friend and i were riding our bikes in a vacant parking lot. It has feathers, but it still has some fluff on it. She keeps hopping around and trying to fly but she cant seem to. Were not touching it just in case her mom comes and gets her, we keeping our distance. So what do i do if the mom doesnt come back? There is a nearby pet store and a vets office but idk if the vet is opened. What do we do?

I have had a blue bird box in the same place for over 5 years. Now this year, we cannot leave either of our cars outside during the day without out the blue birds attacking the mirrors.

Unless some other solution works beforehand the bird box will come down after the nesting season. I like the blue birds but not that much.

They see their reflection and think it’s another blue bird.

Just try putting something on your windows that would scare him away- a fake owl, a rubber snake, black cut-outs of hawks. Or put plastic bags over the windows (on the outside- putting it on the inside won’t do anything to make them stop) and car mirror so he can’t see himself.
