Do cedar waxwings eat fruit-like blends of seeds?

Cedar waxwings used to come to my place in the winter because my persimmon tree had tons of persimmons. Now that they ate all the fruit, they don’t come around anymore. Would a mix of fruit-like seeds attract them? I’ve seen these bags of seed at the store that’s made of dried fruit bits.
